The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Utah, Color Country District, seeks a vendor to provide two (2) replacement UTVs to include consideration for traded in ATVs. The UTVs shall be a Honda Pioneer 1000 or approved equal. The full details are in the Specifications & Trade Information which is contained in the combined synopsis/solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 1,500 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 336112. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical competency being a pass / fail. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if or if not a contractor is technically acceptable. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
