This is a solicitation notice for Request for Quotes (RFQ) to conduct a woodland raptor broadcast survey on BLM Public Lands approximately 18 miles north of Dolores Canyon, CO. Pre-Bid Conference Video Call: A virtual pre-bid conference was held on March 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM MT as previously advertised. See Attachment 7 for details. Project Description: Broadcast Survey for Cooper's Goshawk and and Sharp Shinned Hawk once during nestling and once during fledgling separated by at least 7 - 10 days. Performance Dates: First Survey (Nestling): 1 May - 1 June. Second Survey (Fledgling): 2 June - 7 July), Final Report due: 31 July. Project Location: Dawson Project Area - BLM Public Lands near Egnar, CO Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov - at the time responses are due. Please check your registration now and update if needed. Be advised SAM updates have been taking longer than they used to due to the transition away from the DUNS number as your unique identifier and validation issues. A generic or boilerplate response without details will be determined unacceptable.
