BLM-CO-UFO BPA SETUP FOR TOILET PUMPING- Amendment 002- Extend Solicitation Period DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Contractor shall remove outhouse waste by pumping BLM maintained vaults in the locations listed in Tables 1 and 2 The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and materials necessary for pumping vault toilets and leaving them in a clean and sanitary condition for public use. The Contractor must remove garbage/or trash deposited in vaults. Contractor shall pump from the rear vault access door and not through the riser. Contractor shall add 50 gal of fresh water, supplied by the contractor, to the vault after pumping. All sewage waste must be disposed of in a Colorado State approved facility and in accordance with all applicable laws. The Contractor, at his expense, shall repair damages to BLM facilities caused by the Contractor. The Contractor, at their expense, will clean up any sewage or vault trash spilled or smeared outside of the vault during the pumping operation and will properly wash the spill area. All outhouses are easily accessible and are located within fifty feet of parking areas or roadways. A key will be provided, to the contractor, that will allow access to the vault access doors.
