Southwest Colorado Fire Dispatch Janitorial 140L5421R0001 - Pre-Solicitation Notice 1. The Bureau of Land Management Colorado Southwest Division will very soon issue a full solicitation for awarding a contract for janitorial Services. The prospective contractor shall perform daily janitorial services at the newly constructed Southwest Colorado Fire and Aviation Management Unit (Dispatch) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. The prospective contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish restroom supplies identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is one building with approximately 4846 square feet. 3. The performance period for this service is a basic period running 1 March 2021 thru 28 Feb 2022 and four (4) one-year option periods. 4. A firm-fixed priced contract is contemplated. 5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size stand of $19,500,000.00. 6. A complete Request for Proposals package will be issued on or about 15 January 2021 on the beta SAM.GOV web page at beta.SAM.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 7. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. If you have not updated SAM since October, you are advised to update early to be sure you are in compliance with the expanded Section 889 prohibitions on not using certain covered technology products. 8. Formal pre-bid site visits have been tentatively scheduled for January 20th (primary) and January 27th (alternate) at 10:00 AM MST. Please pencil these dates in your calendar and RSVP to the POCs if you plan to respond to this solicitation. 9.
