In accordance with FAR Part 12.6, there is be a shortened solicitation time frame for procurement of commercial items.----- A Class III archaeological inventory of 729.5 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land on the Tres Rios Field Office (TRFO). The fieldwork entails numerous 73 small survey areas scattered across the field office in Dolores, Montrose, and San Miguel Counties. The tasks involved include a records search, fieldwork, analysis, report preparation, documentation of cultural resources on OAHP forms, and production of associated GIS data. This cultural resource work will be conducted under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The survey areas can be accessed by a mix of state, county, and miscellaneous BLM and two-track roads. Cross country foot travel will also be necessary. The survey areas close to the Utah border (Island Mesa area) may also be accessed from roads in Utah.
