NO SUB-CONTRACTING HAS BEEN REMOVED. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Southwest District, in Montrose County, Colorado has a requirement for lawn service for the Montrose Complex, 2465 S. Townsend Ave., Montrose, CO. See attached Statement of Work and Map. In addition, review clause 52.212-2 for evaluation information this includes three references. Complete clause 52.212-3 requested information and return with bid. (Instructions are stated in the first paragraph of the clause.) Vendors must be active in SAM.gov when the bid is accepted.
