Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside for the delivery and spreading of specific bulk fertilizers to two seed orchard locations in Oregon, with services required as early as February 16, 2026. The Tyrell Seed Orchard requires 22.5 tons of one fertilizer blend, and the Horning Seed Orchard requires 21.5 tons of another. The contractor must deliver the fertilizer to each orchard with a hopper/spreader for BLM personnel to use. The performance period runs from the date of award through March 21, 2026. The award will be made using a best value, lowest price technically acceptable process.
