Expanding Grazing Data Collection (Terrestrial ONLY)

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oregon State Office is seeking vendors to perform terrestrial grazing data collection on BLM lands in Oregon and Washington to expand grazing opportunities and expedite land health permits. The work requires a designated project/crew manager with a Master's or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline and extensive, specific experience in rangeland data collection, post-fire environments, and remote crew management in eastern Oregon and Washington. This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation. The performance location is on BLM public lands within Oregon and Washington State. The proposed contract type is Firm Fixed Price.
