The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price Law Enforcement Services requirement for Deschutes County located at Deschutes County, Oregon within the vicinity of Prineville district as a single source to Deschutes County Law Enforcement as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). This requirement will be executed under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source under the simplified acquisition threshold. This requirement is a commercial service, under the simplified acquisition threshold, and can only be fulfilled by contractors that have arrest authority in the state and county they are performing law enforcement services within. Deschutes County Sheriff¿s Office is the only available contractor with these authorities within Deschutes County. The performance period is from 02/06/2026 through 02/05/2027.
