WEST EUGENE WETLANDS HERBICIDE TREATMENT, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM) NORTHWEST OREGON DISTRICT OFFICE - Upcoming Solicitation 140L4325Q0076 The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, is soliciting for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract for Herbicide Treatment within the West Eugene Wetlands in Eugene, OR for the Northwest Oregon District Office of the BLM. The contract contains one Base period. The period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be from August 1st, 2025, through September 30th, 2026. The NAICS code is 115310- Support Activities for Forestry, with a small business standard of $11.5 million dollars. The Request for Quotation No. 140L4325Q0076, using the principles of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, will be issued on or by June 6th, 2025. with responses due June 20th, 2025. The Request for Quotation will be posted to SAM.gov utilizing an SF-1449 combined with schedule of items. Evaluation factors may include price. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses.
