BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY This notice is posted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.601-1 Public Announcement. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Boundary Line Survey located within the vicinity of the BLM Roseburg District, located in Douglas County, Oregon. The work consists of boundary land surveying in accordance with the Specifications and Exhibits. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials (except Government furnished materials), transportation, equipment, tools, operating supplies, filing/recording fees, lodging, and incidentals to complete the work as specified. All work shall be performed by, or under the direct supervision of a person licensed to practice land surveying in Oregon. The Contractor shall be required to (a)commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of award, (b)prosecute the work diligently, and (c)complete the entire work ready for use not later than one hundred fifty (150) days after the date the contractor receives the issuance of award. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code is 541370, Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services and size standard $19 million. The basis of award will be based on competence and qualifications of prospective contractors to perform the services at fair and reasonable prices. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about March 20, 2024. The tentative anticipated period of performance is between May 2024 and October 2024. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
