This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 140L4323Q0069 has been issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for Gibberellic Acid Tree Injections at Horning Seed Orchard in Colton, OR, at one lump sum price. The person injecting Gibberellic Acid needs to have a current Oregon commercial pesticide applicator's license with an Agriculture category. The performance period is from 4/3/23 through 5/31/23. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 published December 1, 2022.
