RAND HVAC REPLACEMENTS BLM Medford District, Oregon This procurement is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Quote for a firm fixed price construction contract for Rand HVAC Replacements located at within the vicinity of BLM Medford District area of responsibility in Galice, Oregon located in Josephine county. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Contractor shall be required to (a)commence work under this contract within ten (5) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b)prosecute the work diligently, and (c)complete the entire work ready for use not later than sixty (60) days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard $16.5 million. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Buy American-Construction Materials.
