SPOKANE DISTRICT, YAKIMA/LIBERTY, OUTHOUSE PUMPING: The intent of the resultant contract is to pump vault toilet (outhouses) holding tanks at each individual recreation site, then remove and dispose of all wastewaters (excreta) in an acceptable manner at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with commercial standards and all state and federal rules, regulations, laws and the requirements of this contract. All pumping shall be performed by a licensed septage pumper/hauler as per Washington State¿s requirements and guidelines. Reference: WAC 246-272A-0310, Septage Management. and other related laws.
