The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price purchase order for tree planting and tube installation services within the vicinity of Northwest Oregon district area of responsibility. This tree planting project is designed to fulfill the USDI Bureau of Land Management's 2016 Northwestern and Coastal Oregon Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Record of Decision (ROD) requirements for reforestation. Project sites identified on Tillamook, Upper Willamette, Mary's Peak, and Siuslaw field offices represent Northwest Oregon BLM District's priority reforestation acres for 2021. The short turnaround time on this contract reflects the short shelf-life of tree seedlings and the importance of quickly completing reforestation on the tree planting sites within the seasonal tree planting window. The performance period is from 01/11/2021 through 04/23/2021. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard $8.0 million. The provision 1510-52.213-70 Evaluation of Quotations applies to this solicitation and will result in an award to the responsible quoter in pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
