The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price requirement for upgrading 15 network licenses of Softree's RoadENG, Forest Engineer Software from Version 6 to Version 9 including Softree's Optimal and 6 Months of Technical Support as a single source to Softree's Technical Systems, Inc., 1000 Roosevelt Cres, Suite 215, North Vancouver BC V7P 3T4 as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). The RoadEng Version 9 upgrade is proprietary to Softree's Technical System, Inc. Delivery Requirements: 1) The upgrade must be completed 15 days after award, and 2) technical support shall begin when the upgrade is completed for a period of performance of 6 months. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard $41.5 Million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by 09/16/2020 at 11:00 AM PT in order to be considered.
