The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price commercial items supply and install Purchase Order for emulsified asphalt oil and fog seal located in Jackson County, Oregon, within the vicinity of Medford District Office area of responsibility. The approximate performance period is from June 1, 2020 through August 31, 2020. The NAICS code is 324121 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Price is the only factor. Where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly less important than price. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 5/1/2020. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
