The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm-fixed-price commercial items services requirement for Tree Mortality Fuels Reduction located near Howard Prairie Lake Campgrounds within the vicinity of Medford district area of responsibility as a single source to the County of Jackson. The authority permitting the single source consideration is FAR 13.106(b) Soliciting from a single source and the Good Neighbor Authority (GNA) reauthorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014 (PL 113-76; Sec. 417) and Agricultural Act of 2014 (PL 113-79, Sec. 8206). GNA permits a sole source contract entered into between the Bureau of Land Management and the State of Oregon to carry out authorized restoration services. The procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. The performance period is from date of award through 05/15/2020. Responses shall be received by Wednesday, March 4, 2020 by 11:00AM PT in order to be considered.
