The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quotation for a firm-fixed-price commercial items services contract for Seed Extraction and Processing for Horning Seed Orchard located at Colton, Oregon within the vicinity of Northwest Oregon District area of responsibility. The performance period is from 9/14/2020 through 05/01/2020. The NAICS code is 113210 and the small business size standard is $12 million. The basis of award will be the lowest price and result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about March 2, 2020.
