The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price construction contract for constructing a fence to protect the burned area from livestock grazing and protect BLM treatments located at Klamath Falls Resource Area within the vicinity of BLM Lakeview district area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The contractor shall commence work within (10) days after Contractor receives Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete the work within (90) days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard $16,500,000. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about January 28, 2020. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
