The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price services Purchase Order for Janitorial Services at Recreational Sites in the BLM Medford District Office area of responsibility, Oregon. The performance period includes a one-year Base and four (4) one-year options. The NAICS code is 561720, and the small business size standard is $18 Million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about August 12, 2019.
