The Government estimates the rough order of magnitude for this project to be between $25,000 - $100,000. PRE-BID Site Visit: A hosted pre-bid site visit was held on 25 Feb at 10:00. A. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for salvaged Government-furnished property, to improve an existing road and parking area, construct a timber OHV Loading Ramp, and replace wood poles on an existing fence. Technical Proposal - see important note below. 3. Bid Bond - 20% of total price. Note: For a sufficient technical response, you must provide a detailed and tailored plan addressing this specific project which lists your resources, equipment, personnel, recent and relevant past performance, plan of operations, supervision plan, safety plan, etc. A simple recap of the SOW or blanket statement of "will comply with SOW" is not adequate and will most likely be deemed "not technically acceptable".
