BLM-CO - Forestry Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) - Amendment 1 - Questions and Answers ------ The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions which will be listed on the amendment form. There have been questions about quantities, standards, travel costs and the inventory standards. We realize the statement of work and the bid items do not cover every situation. This type of work will vary quite a bit with the particular plot and time frame needed. No BPA call will be issued without first coordinating with the vendor(s) for pricing, availability, and tasks based upon a more definitive statement of work for the particular task. The prices on your current response are mainly for comparison and a starting point. Since this is a best value with trade-off solicitation, we may enter negotiations with the vendors determined to be in the competitive range after proposals are due to further define the tasks and expectations. However, we still may award without negotiations. --

BLM-CO - Forestry Services Blanket Purchase Agreement The BLM Colorado will soon issue a solicitation for one or more unfunded non-personal services Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) to satisfy requirements for forestry services on an as needed basis in the Royal Gorge Field Office boundary which ranges from Boulder to La Veta. These short-term assignment services will include timber inventory, cruising, sampling, scouting, treatment analysis, prescriptions and consultation. When services are required, a funded BPA call (similar to a task order) will be coordinated and issued to the BPA holder. If you are qualified for these tasks and interested in submitting a proposal, please contact the POC shown below.
