BLM-CO-NWD - Little Snake FO - Office Remodel - Amend 1 - Pre-bid records The purpose of this amendment is to post the pre-bid records along with some additional attachments. This is a solicitation for a small office remodel project at the Little Snake Field Office in Craig, CO in accordance with the attachment. Note, contractor provided stamped A/E plans are required prior to a notice to proceed after award of a contract. The Government estimates the order of magnitude to be under $25,000. If you are capable and interested in this project, please plan to attend the pre-bid site visit and follow the instructions for submitting your bid. A pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for 31 March at 10:00. Please RSVP to the POC if you plan to attend. ----- Description of Work: Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to provide stamped design plans and to construct two enclosed office spaces, as shown on the attached sketch, with sound mitigation and associated ceiling, HVAC, phone/data and electrical modifications, within an existing office space. Enclosed offices will be constructed at location shown on attached sketch by removing an existing wall and expanding an existing space and constructing additional walls to add a second space. ------ Contracting Requirements: 1.
