This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a cultural resource inventory in accordance with Attachment 1 - Statement of Work and FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for the Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items. 2. The prospective contractor shall provide all management, supervision, and labor necessary to inventory and report the cultural resources for the project area. 3. The award selection will be made on a Low Price Technically Acceptable basis with a thorough review of your technical proposal to ensure qualifications, certifications, past performance on similar size and scope, CRUPs, etc. - 4. The performance period for this service is 1 April - 1 Jul 2021 dependent upon contract award and weather conditions. 5. A firm-fixed priced contract is contemplated.
