BLM-CO-NWD - CRVFO - POLYETHYLENE LINERS This is a combined Synopsis solicitation for pond liners in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specifications. These liners will be placed by Government personnel in remote cattle watering stations to catch water and store in stock ponds on BLM grazing allotments. The required liners will be 60 mil reinforced polyethylene material to repair or replace obsolete ones.
