RECREATIONAL SITES JANITORIAL SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation 140L4025Q0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This is a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 with a size standard of $22 million. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement in soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter a firm fixed price commercial contract for Janitorial Services.
