SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT - ELKO BLM WAREHOUSE The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for the replacement of approximately 137 square yards of concrete Sidewalk that includes an ADA Ramp and Warehouse Loading Ramp and construction of approximately 130 linear feet of Curb-and-Gutter, including all related minor tasks to make the project complete along the northeasterly side of the Admin-Warehouse Building. See attached Statement of Work and Drawings for complete details of the project. The BLM anticipates issuing a single firm fixed price award from this solicitation. The project is located in Elko County in Nevada. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision is attached.
