The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, supplies, etc. to complete the work as identified in the attached statement of work. The project area is in the BLM Battle Mountain District, Esmeralda County, NV. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable and the appropriate SCA Wage Decision is attached.
