The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for furnishing labor and equipment to construct barbed wire fence and associated gates, corners, and panels, with specified Government-furnished property. (See section 01019) Work includes the construction of approximately 30855 feet of new barbed wire fence using steel pipe braces, and removal of 8668 feet of 2 wire electric fence, and other work as indicated in the contract documents. The project is located in Elko County, Nevada. Construction Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision(s). The BLM anticipates issuing a single firm fixed price award from this Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the size standard is $16.5M (per the SBA's Table of Small Business Size Standards). In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Quotes will be due no later than August 28, 2020 @ 4:00 PM PST. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fedconnect.net and www.fbo.gov for the release of amendments, any other pertinent information, and downloading a complete copy of the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered, and currently active, and complete the online Representations and Certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base via website: http://www.sam.gov. A site visit will not be held. Award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
