UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY & MAINTENANCE - BLM, ELY NV The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office requires replacement of the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system at the Ely District Office, located in Ely, NV, White Pine County. The contract will be to provide the equipment, including maintenance and the removal and proper disposal of the existing equipment. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and all other services necessary to complete the Tasks, as outlined and described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Service Contract Act is applicable and the appropriate wage determination is attached. The government anticipates award of a single Firm Fixed Price order. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable and the appropriate SCA Wage Decision is attached. See attached Statement of Work, District Floor Plan, and Photos of existing unit and power panels. NAICS: 335999 Size Standard: 500 Employees, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 335999 NAICS Code for All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract. Prospective vendors shall refrain from contacting any government employees associated with this requirement to discuss this Request for Quote (RFQ) or project. Vendors, including subcontractors and partners, shall not attempt such contacts from the date of release of the RFQ through contract award. All correspondence shall be through the Contracting Officer. Contractors that make direct contact with government employees, other than the Contracting Officer, regarding this solicitation and project will not be considered for award.
