INDIAN CREEK - CAMPGROUND RESTROOM DEMO CARSON CITY BLM The BLM Nevada State Office has a requirement for the complete demolition and removal of the campground restroom at the Indian Creek Recreation Site managed by the Carson City District Office. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the project as stated in the attached Statement of Work and associated documents. The project is located south of Carson City NV, at the Indian Creek Recreation Area (Alpine County, CA). The project should be started immediately following closure of the campground and after the bats have vacated the premises for the winter, estimated to be October 15, 2019. Contractor is responsible for removal of bat guano prior to demolition of the facility. Please refer to the specifications for requirements. NAICS: 238910 Site Preparation Contractors, Size Standard: $15.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Davis Bacon Act is applicable and the wage decision is attached. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts greater than $35,000, but not greater than $150,000 will require Payment Protection equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Contracts exceeding $150,000.00 will require both Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Offerors or Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no Event Shall FAILURE to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after the contract award.
