BLM Wyoming NFO/ BFO Manual Fuels Reduction
The BLM Wyoming requires manual lop and scatter services for fuels reduction, conifer encroachment, and habitat improvement on approximately 5,028 acres across three project areas. This is a total small business set-aside, with award based on lowest price technically acceptable, requiring technical capability, relevant experience, and pricing. The period of performance is December 1, 2026 through August 15, 2027. Work locations are in Wyoming: North Buffalo Creek northeast of Leiter (Sheridan County), North Windmill Creek southeast of Leiter (Campbell County), and Buck Draw about 10 miles south of Moorcroft.
