BLM SNDO SPRING DESERT HERBICIDE TREATMENT
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking quotes from small businesses for a firm-fixed-price contract to apply pre-emergent herbicide on 4,814 acres in the Spring Desert area of Southern Nevada to control invasive annual grasses, reduce hazardous fuels, and protect critical habitat. The work will be performed in the Spring Valley Project area along Highways 95 and 160, approximately 7 miles north of Pahrump, NV and 2 miles east of Crystal, NV. The period of performance is November 15, 2026 through February 28, 2027. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience, and be registered in SAM.gov, with the award based on lowest price technically acceptable. Note that funds are not currently available, and the government may cancel the solicitation without reimbursement.
