PICNIC AREA CUT & PILE
The Bureau of Land Management requires manual fuel reduction and thinning of pinyon-juniper on an estimated 156 acres to reduce wildfire risk, improve forest health, and protect infrastructure. Performance will take place from October 1, 2026, to February 1, 2027, at a project area located approximately 1 mile south of Oso Ridge in Cibola County, New Mexico. The acquisition is a firm, fixed-price purchase order with a single lump sum payment based on a price per acre, and it is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 115310. The work is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services.
