The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado White River Field Office is seeking a contractor to perform a Class III cultural resource inventory on 1,319 acres of BLM-administered land, as part of the Lee Fire Fencing Rehabilitation Project. The work involves surveying a 50-foot buffer on either side of 167 miles of fence alignments damaged by the 2025 Lee Fire, located less than 2 miles southwest of Meeker, Colorado. The period of performance is from August 24, 2026, to April 30, 2027. This is a total small business set-aside, and the contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis using the lowest price technically acceptable method. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability and provide at least two examples of relevant past performance in northwest Colorado.
