This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price offers are requested under Request for Quotes (RFQ) Solicitation #140L3723Q0142. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, the business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) has a requirement for the following Bendix King/Relm Communication parts: 1050 each BKR0810GPS-E Antenna, VHF, 136-174 MHz, SMA and 248 each BKR0204 Speaker Microphone, 3.5mm Audio Jack. These items are for the Bendix King/Relm Communications Handheld Radio model #BKR5000-T3BS-0, no substitutions will be accepted. The items shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the National Interagency Fire Center, Bureau of Land Management, 3833 South Development Avenue, Boise, ID 83705 within 60 days after award. No items shall be accepted that do not comply with the specifications. Final acceptance shall be the responsibility of the Contracting Officer (CO).
