Scandanavia Cheatgrass Spray, 967 acres The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado, has a requirement for spraying of contractor supplied Imazapic herbicide on Cheatgrass on 967 acres in Moffat County Colorado. Details are included in the Statement of Work attached to the RFQ. Additional location files are available but the formats (cpg, dbf, prj, sbn, sbx, shp and shx) are not compatible with sam.gov. Email the Contract Specialist at lstjohn@blm.gov to request the files. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, which has a small business size standard of $11.5M. Technical questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing only via email to the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Wednesday July 19, 2023 at 4:00 pm MST. Any questions received will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation on or about Friday, July 21, 2023. If no questions are received no amendment will be issued. In order to ensure that all offerors have the same information questions will not be accepted by telephone, they must be emailed and the answers will be provided via the amendment. Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Wednesday July 26, 2023 at 4:00 pm MST. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Please be sure to include the RFQ number (140L3723Q0101) in the subject line so that your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation. Include your UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) number with your quote so that we can verify your SAM registration status. The UEI is a 12-character alphanumeric ID assigned to an entity by SAM.gov. There is no cost to register in SAM or to receive a UEI.
