Transfer Road Mastication, 598 acres The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado, has a requirement for mastication of 598 acres of Pinon/Juniper and Mixed Mountain Shrub in Montrose County Colorado. The awarded order will consist of a base line item of 311 acres and an optional line item of 287 acres. Details are included in the Statement of Work, maps, photos and Wage Determination attached to this RFQ. A KMZ location file is also available but the format is not compatible with SAM. You can request the file by emailing the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov. A site visit will be held the week of August 15th. The exact date has not been determined yet. Email nperry@blm.gov to register for the site visit and for information about the date and time. This email address is for site visit information ONLY, do not send questions about the RFQ to it. All questions about the RFQ shall be emailed to lstjohn@blm.gov. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management, which has a small business size standard of $20.5M. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what must be included with your quote. Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Wednesday August 24, 2022 at 4:00 pm MDT. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Please include the RFQ number (140L3722Q0090) in the subject line of the email to ensure your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation. Please include your SAM UEI (Unique Entity ID) number with your quote so that we can verify your registration.
