BALDY MULLINS CULTURAL, 42 acres The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado, has a requirement for a joint U.S. Forest Service and BLM project. This project is a combination of manual and prescribed fire treatments of the area. The pinion pine, juniper, mixed mountain shrub, and grass vegetation type will be burned with prescribed fire to reduce the hazardous fuels to maintain current condition class as well as improve habitat and forage for big game. The project area is located on public lands managed by the BLM Uncompahgre Field Office (UFO) and the Ouray District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison National Forest (GMUG). Details are included in the Statement of Work, maps and Wage Determination attached to this RFQ. No site visit is scheduled but offerors may visit the site on their own. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $16.50M. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what must be included with your quote.
