Willow Creek Hand Thin and Pile, 480 acres The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado, has a requirement for hand thinning and piling of fuels at Willow Creek Colorado. The awarded order will be for a base line item of 280 acres and an optional line item for 200 additional acres. Description of Work: Cut and pile pinyon and juniper trees with Contractor furnished crews and chainsaws. The location is approximately 23 miles southwest of Meeker, CO. Details are included in the Statement of Work, maps and Wage Determination attached to this RFQ. Two KMZ location files are also available but the format is not compatible with SAM, you can request the files by emailing the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management, which has a small business size standard of $20.5M. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what must be included with your quote. Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 4:00 pm MDT. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Please include the RFQ number (140L3722Q0079) in the subject line of the email to ensure your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation.
