Q1. Please clarify the period of performance dates. The SOW says performance is to start on July 16, 2022 but that is before quotes are due. A2. The period of performance will begin after the order is awarded, approximately August 1, 2022. The end date will be March 14, 2023. Q2. Is a site visit scheduled? A2. No site visit is scheduled but offerors may visit the area on their own Q3. Will partial payments be authorized? A3. Yes. There are two units/areas as shown on the map in the SOW and payment can be made for each of the areas upon completion.
