140L3720R0015 Pre-Solicitation Notice: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center, intends to issue a solicitation for the Fall 20-2 Consolidated Seed Buy under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3720R0015. The seed requirement will be for various quantities and varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations. Requirement Specifications will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be Full and Open competition. The NAICS code is 111998 All Other Miscellaneous Crop Farming. Multiple awards and multiple delivery locations will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts on a "best value" basis. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before August 12, 2020. The Government will award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under a "Best Value" basis. The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about July 1, 2020 and will be posted on the FedConnect website. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available - all documents will be posted at the website for download. Mark your calendars, A Pre-bid Conference Call will be held July 9, 2020 at 10 AM MT. Details will be provided in Solicitation Package. Offers will be due about 3 weeks after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
