NIFC IDIQ Construction Services, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho has a requirement to award multiple awards to various contractors for a variety of construction work to include building improvements, electrical and mechanical work, asphalt and pavement, and roofing for one base year and four option years. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on FedConnect in late March 2020 for the multiple awards task order contracts; the individual task orders will be awarded as firm, fixed-priced contracts. The magnitude of the individual task orders are anticipated to be between $2,000 and $1,000,000 with the MATOC maximum lifetime limit of $20 million. Bids shall be due within 30 days from the solicitation posting date. The solicitation will be restricted to small businesses for each North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code listed. Offerors will be able to offer bids to include all or some of the NAICS.
