PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE NIFC 300-Jack Wilson Headquarters Roof Replacement The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho has a requirement for a project that involves the roof replacement of 300-Jack Wilson Headquarters (JWH) and includes appropriate drainage, insulation, fall protection, and the installation of a skylight. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on FedConnect in late January 2020 for a single award that is a firm, fixed-priced contract. The project is anticipated to begin within 30 days after award and the project will have a 120 day period of performance. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Bids shall be due within 30 days from the solicitation posting date. The solicitation is expected to be restricted to small businesses.
