Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to trench and backfill to replace potable water lines, irrigation main lines, potable hydrants and the design and installation of underground sprinkler systems at all sites. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. BLM anticipates issuing the RFP under the total small business set-aside program.
