Miles City Field Office Dispatch Upgrade The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for several dispatch center upgrades at the Miles City Field Office (MCFO) Fire Building. The scope of work includes the installation of a new washer and dryer, including necessary wiring and plumbing; removal of the existing garage door and associated hardware, expansion of the garage door opening, and installation of a new insulated garage door with hardware; extension of the concrete driveway; and installation and plumbing of new floor drains. This project is located at the BLM MCFO Fire Building, 111 Garryowen Road, Miles City, MT 59301, situated in Custer County. The designated work area is within the employee occupied MCFO fire building. PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW TYPE OF CONTRACT: Construction, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Single Award Contract TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Building NAICS CODE: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 RESTRICTIONS ON CONTACTS: Beginning upon release of the request for quote (RFQ) through contract award, contacting Government employees who may be associated with this work by participating offerors on the subject of this RFQ is inappropriate. Offerors for this RFQ, including subcontractors and teammates, shall not attempt such contacts during this period.
