This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, Missoula Field Office, has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for renovations at the Missoula Field Office. Work will include constructing walls to form a new separate office space out of an existing office with minor electrical and HVAC modifications. Adding new windows into three of the exterior walls. Removing an existing door in the interior of the building and constructing a replacement wall. All materials to match existing materials and finishes used throughout the existing office building. The government intends to award this contract as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220. The corresponding small business size standard is $45 million. This project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around Aug 18th, 2023 at https://sam.gov No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued.
