Please see all attachments for details and requirements. Contractor shall have a current Montana applicator license and meet all Federal, State, and Local requirements for noxious weed treatments. Prospective contractors shall be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) Prior to award. Lack of an active SAM account may cause ineligibility of award. While there is not an organized site tour, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. ALL questions related to this solicitation shall be Submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Chad Clapp, cclapp@blm.gov at least Seven (7) days prior to the closing date of this RFQ.
