CANCELLATION OF PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE 140L3621Q0005 This notice is to cancel the previously issued pre-solicitation notice for the furnishing of labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to fog seal the existing pavements and other related work at three BLM facilities (BLM Eastern Montana-Dakotas District Office, Pompey's Pillar National Monument, and BLM Billings Retardant Air Tanker Base). BLM will no longer issue Solicitation Number 140L3621Q0005 during Fiscal Year 2021. BLM anticipates issuing a new requirement for similar services in the future, dependent upon requirement needs and available funding.
